I’m pretty sure these are the last pizzas we’re making in our kitchen until the temperatures drop: a white pizza with pistachio-lemon pesto, and a sausage and roasted fennel pizza with mozzarella di bufala.

my quest for the best gluten free pizza is finished for now, my dad won first place and made a pizza so good and gluten-like i cried tears of joy; coincidentally the pizza was really similar to the last gluten pizza i ate last year which is a funny circle since back then i cried very sad tears and couldn’t imagine life without gluten and now it’s not all that bad

New shirt for homemade pizza day.
My husband wants me to clarify that the pizza dough isn’t undercooked, but that the pale color is due to it being a gluten free flour for my sensitive lil belly. It was important for him that I tell you, so I am.

I was in the mood for a cheese pizza, a favorite of mine since I was a child. Being as there are no good pizza places close to me, I made my own. It came out great!! The dough was tender, light, and crispy, and the cheeses were ooey gooey. Perfecto mundo. It's so easy to make a pizza, and it only costs a couple of dollars to do it yourself. I love making pizza!!! I wish I had NY water so I could make pizza like they make there, but this is, definitely, the next best thing to NY pizza 🍕 😋😋😋😍

Sardine and Fresh Tomato Pizza

Hungrily biting into this Sardine and Fresh Tomato Pizza is like biting in a freshly harvested tomato, and market day fish all at once! It is generous and simple and tasty and fragrant; one could say, Summer on bread dough! Happy Monday!
Ingredients ( makes 1 pizza):
255 grams/9 ounces Pizza Dough
1/2 red onion
1/2 large heritage tomato (like Black Krim or Marmande), rinsed
a medium, just ripe tomato, rinsed
3 large, ripe Garden Cherry Tomatoes, rinsed
1 heaped teaspoon Herbes de Provence 
½ teaspoon fleur de sel or sea salt flakes
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
3 beautiful Sage and Lemon Sardines (or tinned sardines)
Chili and Herb Oil
Preheat oven to 250°C/485°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roughly roll out Pizza Dough (you can also hand-stretch it, if you prefer. Place Pizza Dough onto prepared pizza pan or baking tray.
Peel and thinly slice red onion, and scatter onto Pizza Dough.
Cut heritage tomato and tomato into slices, halve Cherry Tomatoes, and arrange them onto the dough, just leaving out the edges.
Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence, and season with fleur de sel and black pepper.
Break Sardines into chunks, and scatter liberally on top.
Drizzle with a little Chili and Herb Oil.
Place pizza in the hot oven, and bake, at 250°C/485°F, for about 14 to 17 minutes, until crust is beautifully golden.
Serve Sardine and Fresh Tomato Pizza immediately, with a glass of chilled, crisp��Côtes de Provence or Pays d'Oc Rosé.
